Hey, I’m Bobby Ojala, Founder of Elevate PT Napa, Certified Personal Trainer and strength coach right here in beautiful Napa Valley. My passion for fitness comes from a deeply personal place. After losing my dad to a heart attack at just 49 years old, I made it my mission to take control of my health and live a long, fulfilling life for my family. That life-changing moment set the foundation for my approach to fitness—it’s not about quick fixes or chasing trends, but about building sustainable strength, resilience, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.

I specialize in strength training, endurance conditioning, and customized fitness programs for busy professionals, families and athletes in Napa. Whether you’re looking to stay active, recover from an injury, keep up with your kids (or grandkids), or run your first half marathon I’m here to help. My approach centers on progressive overload, gradually increasing the challenge to build strength and confidence over time—while ensuring your habits are sustainable and tailored to your unique goals.

My private training studio is a space I’m really proud of. I converted my garage into a fully equipped, distraction-free environment where you can focus on what matters most: your fitness. It’s a laid-back, yet intentional space nestled in Napa Valley, providing the perfect spot to work toward your goals while enjoying the peace of nature.

When I’m not training clients, you’ll find me outdoors, hiking, trail running, and riding my bike. I’m a big believer in the power of nature and love the challenge of pushing myself physically—whether I’m exploring new trails or setting my sights on my next big adventure. Fitness has been a game changer in my life. It’s not just about looking good—it’s about feeling good, building mental resilience, and creating a positive, lasting impact on every part of my life.

Before becoming a trainer, I was an athlete who loved playing sports and competing. Growing up, sports were a huge part of my life, and that competitive spirit has carried over into my training philosophy. It’s not just about working hard—it’s about being strategic, staying consistent, and enjoying the process. I bring that same mentality to the table with every client I work with.

As a dad, I know how important it is to stay active and healthy—not just for myself, but for my family. I understand the challenges of balancing fitness with family life, and I’m here to show you how to make it work. The goal is to build strength, energy, and resilience so you can be there for your loved ones and live life to the fullest.
